Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 and the legislation in force in Italy regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you of the following.

a) Data Controller:

Security measures will be used to guarantee the confidentiality of the interested party to whom such data refer and to avoid undue access to third parties or unauthorized personnel.

d) Conservation:

We point out that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5GDPR 2016/679, the retention period of your personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the times prescribed by law. In any case, no personal data processed will be stored beyond the maximum limit of 10 years.

e) Nature of the Contribution:

The provision of data is optional, however any refusal to provide them, or failure to consent to their processing, will make it impossible for the Data Controller to proceed with the complete provision of the services offered.

f) Communication and dissemination of personal data:

The collected data will not be disclosed to third parties in ways other than those indicated; personal data, in relation to the aforementioned purposes, may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients, appointed as "Data processors":

  • access, updating, rectification or integration of personal data;

  • the withdrawal of consent, where given;

  • the deletion of data, the limitation of processing and the portability of personal data;

The User also has the right to object to the processing of personal data, in whole or in part, as well as to lodge a complaint, if he considers that there is a violation of the Regulation, to the Supervisory Authority, identified for Italy in the figure of the Guarantor. for the protection of personal data, based in Rome, in Piazza Monte Citorio n. 121, 00186.
